Delete your account
You can request deletion of your Routes & Maps account at any time. This permanently removes your account and all associated data — routes, stops, drivers, vehicles, depots, and team members.
Before you go — talk to us first. If you're leaving because RaM is missing a feature or doesn't quite fit, we may already have it as a special configuration, or qualify you for a deal while we build what you need. Email support@routesandmaps.com and our team will help.
How to delete your account
Free accounts — delete it yourself
Sign in and confirm. Your account enters a 14‑day grace period before it's permanently deleted — you can cancel anytime during that window.
Sign in to delete your accountPaid accounts — contact support
If you have a paid subscription, email support@routesandmaps.com and our team will confirm your identity, close out billing, and complete the deletion for you. Requests handled over email can take up to 6 hours.
